Track Your Order
Every Doravino order travels with a tracking number. It is emailed to you the moment the parcel leaves us, which is usually within 0-1 business days of your order, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
How it works
- Order confirmation arrives right after checkout, with your order number on it.
- Shipping confirmation arrives when the parcel is handed to the carrier, and carries the tracking number.
- Carrier updates then follow the parcel from scan to scan until it is at your door.
If nothing is moving
The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is perfectly normal. If several days pass with no movement, or the parcel is marked as delivered and is nowhere to be found, email support@doravino.com with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier and follow it through for you.
