Shipping Policy

One service, one price, no fine print. This is how an order from Doravino reaches you.

Where we deliver

We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

What it costs

Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum order value, no handling fee and no surcharge by state. Standard delivery is the only service we offer, so there is no expedited or express upgrade to buy at checkout.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 0-1 business days, excluding weekends and major US holidays. An order placed after 2:00 PM PT is processed on the next business day, and an order placed at a weekend or on a holiday is processed on the next working day after it.

Transit

Once the parcel is with the carrier, standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Remote addresses, severe weather and peak periods can add a day or two; those are carrier conditions and outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is handed over, so you can follow it at any point. The first carrier scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, which means a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal rather than a problem.

Costs shown up front

The product price and any applicable sales tax are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Nothing is added afterwards, and no charge reaches your statement that you have not already seen on screen.

What free shipping does not include

Delivery is made to the shipping address entered at checkout. Installation, assembly, in-home placement and packaging removal are not part of the service. Please make sure the address is one where a parcel can be safely left or signed for.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking stalls, if the estimated window has clearly passed, or if the carrier has marked a parcel as delivered and it is not there, contact us with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and see it through; you should not have to argue with a delivery company on our behalf.
