Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of doravino.com and any order placed through it. Together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy they form the agreement between you and us. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Doravino is the trading name of FEATHERNEST TRADE LLC, based in LOS ANGELES, CA. We sell Wine & Table Essentials products directly to customers through this website. Our postal address is 4600 W ADAMS BLVD, LOS ANGELES, CA 90016.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to order from this site. By placing an order you confirm that the information you have given is accurate and complete and that you are authorised to use the payment method you have chosen.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials and measured dimensions. Screens render colour differently, and hand-blown glass, solid wood and other natural or handmade materials vary from piece to piece; that variation is a property of the product and not a fault. Listings may be changed, corrected, restocked or withdrawn at any time, and availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

4. Prices, taxes and errors

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless stated. The full total, including tax, is displayed at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change at any time, but never after your order has been accepted. Where an obvious pricing or description error appears, such as a decimal point in the wrong place, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we received it; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order, for example where stock has run out, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud, and we will refund any amount already taken.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments over an encrypted connection, and full card details are never stored by us. There are no hidden fees: every charge is displayed before you confirm.

7. Shipping

We ship to all 50 US states, with free standard shipping and no minimum order value. We do not ship internationally and we do not offer an expedited service. Cut-off times, processing, transit and tracking are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@doravino.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will stop the order if it has not yet been processed or handed to the carrier; once it has, cancellation is no longer possible and the Refund and Returns Policy applies instead.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received. Change of mind is not covered. The conditions, time limits and evidence required are set out in full in the Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through that account. Tell us at support@doravino.com immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

11. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Do not interfere with the operation or the security of the site, or try to reach parts of it that are not public.
• Do not scrape, copy, republish or resell our content without written permission.
• Do not upload malicious code or anything designed to disrupt the site or other users.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit false order or payment information.

12. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Doravino and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view the pages and share links to them; you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit the content commercially without our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We take care to keep the site accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components. Products are sold subject to the descriptions on their pages and to the rights you hold under applicable consumer law, none of which these Terms remove.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doravino and FEATHERNEST TRADE LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from the purchase of a product, including loss of data, revenue, profit or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FEATHERNEST TRADE LLC against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

16. Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which applies to your use of this site as fully as these Terms do.

17. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of California and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in the State of California shall have jurisdiction.

18. Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, carrying its effective date, and continuing to use the site after a change is posted means you accept it. If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
