Stainless Steel Garlic Press with Wide Chamber and Rinse-Clean Plate

A press that crushes a clove with the skin still on, so you skip the peeling and the smell on your fingers. The chamber is 3 cm (1.2 in) across, wide enough for two small cloves at once, and the pressing plate meets the holes squarely so very little is left behind.

It is made entirely of stainless steel, which is what keeps a garlic press working for years: the hinge does not loosen, the handle cannot crack, and the whole tool rinses clear straight after use, before the residue has a chance to dry in. Measures 15.5 x 3 x 4 cm.

Crushing releases more of the oils than chopping does, which is why the flavour comes out noticeably rounder.
